The Otherworldly Museum. Where Art Meets the Unknown.

A hand-patinated bronze column rises from a solid square base, its face bearing two offset circular cradles — the upper holding a disc of deep cobalt blue glass, the lower a disc of warm amber gold. Two celestial bodies. Two temperatures. Two worlds, stacked and suspended on a single axis of darkened copper. The Otherworldly Museum is a piece about contrast at its most elemental: sky and sun, night and warmth, the infinite and the intimate. A sculptural object for a greater space.

🔭 Sculptural Perspective

Thoughtful proportions and balanced geometry create a striking presence from every angle — the column’s verticality gives the piece height without mass, and the two offset circular cradles create a rhythm that reads as composed and inevitable. Face-on, the two glass discs float on the column like windows into different skies. From the side, the cradles project outward and the column recedes, giving the piece a completely different silhouette — open, dynamic, and almost architectural in its clarity.

✨ Natural Materials

Real stone and hand-finished metal — each piece is unique with its own natural character. The column and cradles are cast in solid bronze and hand-patinated through a multi-stage process that moves the surface from bright copper through layered ochre and brown to the deep oxidised finish of the final piece. The cobalt blue glass disc is hand-cast and polished, its interior a landscape of midnight blue with fine crystalline inclusions that catch the light like a field of stars. The amber gold disc is cast from a different glass formulation, its surface warm and luminous where the blue is cool and deep.

🌟 Timeless Elegance

A refined statement piece that brings depth, mystery, and sophistication to any space — on a dark console beside stacked books and a matte black bowl, The Otherworldly Museum is the warmest and most alive element in the vignette: the blue glass responds to daylight, the amber responds to lamplight, and the bronze responds to both. It changes hour by hour as the light in the room changes, and it is never quite the same piece twice.

Style It Your Way

On a dark console or sideboard — the antique bronze column disappears slightly against the dark ground, letting the cobalt and amber discs glow like lit windows. In the evening, under a warm lamp, the amber disc dominates and the piece becomes deeply intimate.

On a pale stone shelf — the bronze column reads with full warmth against a cream or white ground, and both glass discs glow with clarity. In afternoon light, the cobalt disc becomes electric.

As a collector’s gift — for those who collect objects that are difficult to explain but impossible to ignore. The Otherworldly Museum is the piece they will show every guest and be asked about every time.
